Questions and answers;
Q. Why is the shipping rate cost the way it is for seeds?
A. Due to our location, we have to charge a bit for shipping outside the continent.
Q. What is the status of my order?
A. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date.
Q. Can I change my order?
A. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Shipping is Free on some of the items in our online store. 
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 48 hours. 
Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?
A. All inquiries can be forwarded to

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use well known company called Stripe for credit card processing and as well as PayPal.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located. Also some countries require addition permits to imports items. Please contact your local Customs Office to get specifics on the item you are ordering.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
