Snow peas (Pisum sativum L. saccharatum). It ripens in the summer; producing tasty, sweet, green, delicate pods, devoid of parchment film. This tasty vegetable is perfect for amateur cultivation. Seeds of snow peas are sown from March to the end of April, directly into the soil loosened with claws, spaced 30-35 cm x 5 cm. Before sowing, the seeds can be soaked overnight in lukewarm water, which will accelerate their germination. The growing pot/stand should be sunny and the soil should be constantly slightly moist. Snow peas are harvested when the pods are fully grown and the seeds in the form of buds, slightly palpable through the skin. This time window for harvesting falls in June-August.
