Olomouc parsley - long, white root (Petroselinum crispum) late variety, harvest maturity is achieved after 185-205 days after sowing. This variety is valued for its high resistance to unfavorable weather conditions and diseases that appear during storage. We will get a bountiful harvest of high-quality white roots. They have a nice, conical shape, evenly tapering towards the end, they are exceptionally handsome, reaching a length of 22-24 cm. The roots are highly consumer-friendly, have a smooth skin and do not form bifurcations. The flesh has a nice creamy color, it is very aromatic, firm and compact. In the kitchen, you can use both parsley roots and leaves, they contain large amounts of vitamins, especially C and mineral salts. The aromatic roots are used in the preparation of soups, salads and stews.The Olomouc variety is characterized by a very long growing season, so it is recommended to sow it in early spring, as early as possible. Parsley can also be sown in the pre-winter period. The seeds available in our online store are sown in rows every 30-40 cm, the plants in a row every 4-6 cm, if necessary, the seedlings after emergence should be discontinued. The best yields of even and shapely roots can be obtained on well-cultivated soils, rich in nutrients and humus.
