Pot Marigold Geisha Girl 50 seeds

Marigold Geisha Girl (Calendula officinalis) is a variety with extremely large inflorescences, 10-12 cm in diameter. Annual plant valued for its high resistance, fast growth and abundant flowering. Dark orange flowers develop at the tips of upright stems that emerge from the light green leaves. Edible calendula flowers have a delicate, calming fragrance and a range of healing properties. The Geisha Girl marigold will decorate garden beds and flowerbeds from early summer until frost. It looks nice when planted in bowls and boxes placed on the terrace or balcony.

Marigolds are easily obtained from seeds that germinate well, but for quite a long time. In early spring, we sow them indoors in boxes or pots filled with a light and permeable substrate. In mid-May, we will be able to transfer the seedlings to the garden. Marigold seeds can also be sown directly into the ground in mid-spring. For their cultivation, we allocate a place in full sun or light shade. They do not have excessive soil requirements, but it is important that the substrate is constantly slightly moist.

Each packet contains 1 g of seeds which is about 50 seeds.
