Basil soap (Saponaria ocymoides) is a low but very widely spreading perennial, recommended for cultivation in sunny and dry places. In the second year after sowing, it grows strongly and is covered with a multitude of flat, five-petalled flowers, white, in shades of pink and purple. Beautiful, abundant flower cushions, growing up to 20-30 cm, maintain a high decorative value from May to the end of July.

The seeds of basil soapwort are recommended to be sown under covers, in an inspection or in a flat under glass from the end of March to April. Seedbed sowing in late April and May also brings good results. Strong seedlings with a few pairs of true leaves should be transferred to the target site in August or at the beginning of September. The exceptionally vital basil soapwort is recommended especially for rock gardens and sunny walls and shafts, it also looks beautiful on large carpet beds and in larger containers, from which you hang a cascade of colorful flowers.

The package contains 0.5 gram or around 100 seeds
