Australian Wisteria, also known as Wild Wisteria, is a beautiful climber from the southwest of Australia where it naturally grows on sandy soils near the coast. This species owes its popularity to beautiful tiny pink flowers, which are gathered in dangling panicles about 20 cm long (similar to Wisteria Sinensis). The plant blooms twice within one year, which additionally increases its attractiveness, glossy dark green leaves. In our climate, the species is suitable for container cultivation at home from the beginning of summer to autumn, the plant can be placed outside in the garden, on the terrace or balcony. An easy-to-grow species requires a sunny or partially shaded location.
Sowing seeds all year round, before sowing, throw the seeds into boiling water for 2 minutes, or slightly file them with a wet file (let's use the first method because it is simpler and there is no possibility of damaging the seed). Then the seeds are sown to a depth of about 0.5 cm into sandy soil with the addition of clay and peat in a ratio of 3/1/1. Then the sowing is watered and left in a warm, bright place with a temperature of about 22 to 25 C, this species does not tolerate a higher pH than 6.
