The herbal literature describes that wormwood herb has anti-inflammatory, diuretic and diaphoretic properties, stimulates the secretion of digestive juices, especially in the stomach, improves appetite, digestion and assimilation of food.
It has a relaxing effect on the entire gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and uterus, as well as disinfecting and anthelmintic, poisoning pinworms and skin parasites: lice and mites.
Wormwood is recommended for indigestion, indigestion, lack of appetite, heartburn, belching, flatulence, and abdominal pain.

Wormwood infusion:

Pour 1 tablespoon of fresh or dry crushed herb with 1 cup of boiling water, cover, let stand for 30 minutes, strain. Drink small portions during the day.

Wormwood tincture:

Pour 1 part of dry ground herb with 3-5 parts of 40-65% alcohol, leave for at least 1-2 weeks, strain. Take 5 ml 2-3 times a day or 15 ml once a day in the morning. Use for rubbing at aching joints, sports injuries, neuralgia, muscle pain.
